Prepare the treatment
Identify the type and location of the leak before treatment. Bypass the filter media during application according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Methods differ for return and suction lines; a suction leak may require a temporary setup by a technician.
The result depends on the leak’s location and application conditions. Persistent water loss warrants a diagnosis.
Complete manufacturer’s instructions
Read the label before use. Keep out of reach of children and follow the manufacturer’s precautions to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
