The Pentair Sand Dollar SD80 26 in sand filter is designed to trap suspended particles in your pool water. This version 145386 includes a 2 in top-mounted multiport valve to manage filtration, backwashing, and other maintenance operations from one location.

Sand filtration that's easy to maintain

Water passes through the filter media, which traps impurities before the water returns to the pool. Routine cleaning is done by backwashing: the flow direction is reversed to discharge debris through the waste outlet. This lets you maintain the filter bed without removing it during every cleaning.

Six-position top-mounted valve
