600 g/m² above-ground pool felt – Cut to size

Piscine Hippocampe's 600 g/m² above-ground pool felt provides an extra layer of protection between the base and the liner. Cut to the selected diameter, it comes in two half-moon sections for easier handling and positioning.

An underlay to protect the liner

The felt helps reduce friction and contact with small residual irregularities in the base, while also improving comfort underfoot. Its density is 600 g/m², a mass per unit area; this does not correspond to a thickness in millimeters.

The felt is cut at Piscine Hippocampe's warehouses to the selected size. Check your pool's diameter before ordering.

Prepare the base and position the felt

The underlay does not replace a properly leveled, compacted base cleared of rocks, roots, and sharp objects. Lay the two sections flat, with the slight overlap at the center specified in the installation instructions. Avoid gaps, wrinkles, and excessive thickness.
