Balboa BP100 + TP500 Spa Control System – 4 kW Heater

The Balboa BP100 spa control system with TP500 keypad combines the BP100G2 system, a 4.0 kW heater, and a six-button control. This compact control box is suitable for upgrading small spas equipped with one or two pumps, depending on the selected electrical configuration.

Supported equipment

• One two-speed pump, 120 V or 240 V, up to 12 A.
• One additional single-speed pump, 120 V or 240 V, up to 12 A.
• One 120 V or 240 V ozonator.
• One dedicated circulation pump, 120 V or 240 V: minimum flow rate of 23 GPM and 1 ½ in. plumbing. For this configuration, pump 1 must be single-speed.
• One 12 V light.
• Compatible with the Balboa ControlMySpa Wi-Fi module, sold separately.

Power supply and configuration

The BP100G2 is factory-configured for a 240 V power supply. It can be used at 120 V for single-pump applications and requires an appropriate configuration. The 4.0 kW rated power applies to the 240 V configuration; it should not be interpreted as 4.0 kW of heating power at 120 V.

The cord for the additional single-speed pump is sold separately and is not included. Check the compatibility of your pumps, plumbing, and electrical installation before replacing your system.
