The opaque surface limits the light reaching the water and helps reduce conditions that promote algae during closing. The sewn seams and perimeter reinforcements help secure the cover. It complements proper closing and water maintenance; it does not replace winterizing products or equipment preparation.

Installation and maintenance

Check the shape and dimensions before choosing the variant. Thread the cable through the designated loops and use the winch according to the instructions, without excessive tension. Monitor the fasteners and accumulations on the cover during the winter.

Remove water and debris according to the manufacturer’s instructions before moving the cover. Do not pull on a cover frozen in place. In the spring, clean with mild soap, let it dry, and store it away from rodents.
