Before replacing your pump
A pump should be chosen based on the entire filtration system. The HP rating alone is not enough to confirm that it is suitable for your pool.
- Check the electrical power supply and connections for your installation.
- Compare the connections and pump location with your current equipment.
- Confirm that the flow rate of the selected version is suitable for your filter and connected accessories.
- Check the circulation requirements of your water heater or salt system, if your pool is equipped with one.

Are you replacing the filter too?
Discover the IPG sand filter available in 175- and 300-lb sizes. The filter size and pump should be selected together based on your pool’s needs; confirm their compatibility before purchasing.
